More about Miranda Pérez-Hita:
Miranda Pérez-Hita holds a degree in Graphic Design (BAU, Design College of Barcelona) and a Master’s degree in Contemporary Art History and Visual Culture (UCM, UAM, MNCARS). She specializes in creating graphic communication materials for exhibitions, courses, festivals, workshops, and educational or cultural mediation programs.
She approaches publications, booklets, and brochures as devices that offer and present spaces for reflection and collective critical thinking. Her interest lies in a form of publishing that suggests a book is not merely the information it contains, but everything it is capable of articulating.
At CareNet, she is responsible for developing various graphic materials for the group and several of its projects, such as: CIUDEN (Ageing Cities: The futures of senior urbanism on the Spanish coast), the Department of Umbrology, and Animismo del ojo inquieto: Epistemología estética de la [baja] visión.
